Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a New Patient form.
Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by reviewing your medical and dental history and completing a comprehensive dental exam. Your exam will include a thorough examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening, and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you based on your history and examination. Your dentist will also take the time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Cornwall Dental Care, we will help you navigate our options for payment, insurance claims, and financing so you can focus on achieving your dental goals.
Direct Billing to Insurance
Our administrative team can directly bill your insurance company and happily assist you in better understanding your insurance plan.
Payment Methods
The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit, and most major credit cards.
Support for Anxious Patients
Anxiety or fear around visiting the dentist is common and can prevent people from getting the dental care they need. If this sounds like you, don't worry.
Our team at Cornwall Dental Care offers nitrous oxide (laughing gas) as a sedation option to help put you at ease during your appointments. Talk to your dentist to see if dental sedation may be an option for you.
